Your invoices,

Invoices collects invoices, receipts and credit notes from the Google accounts you connect, then saves the originals into monthly folders.

1. Connect your Gmail or Google Workspace accounts with read-only access.
2. Choose your invoice folder. Checks run every six hours and catch up after your Mac wakes.
3. Clear documents are filed automatically. Uncertain documents appear in Review.

Read on your Mac

Text extraction, optical character recognition and the local invoice model run on your Mac. Email content is not sent to a hosted AI service or used to train the model.

Your mail stays yours

Invoices can read messages and attachments. It cannot send, delete or mark messages read. You can disconnect an account or pause checks at any time.

Documents go into the folder you choose. With iCloud Drive, Apple synchronises those files across your devices. Email-only invoices are saved as PDFs.

Invoices is for its owner and known authorised users. This site explains the app; it does not offer public registration or access to anyone’s invoices.
